RSKKNI Submission and Monitoring Platform

Context

Before the platform was developed, submissions and document exchanges took place through email and separate shared storage. Proposals, documents, and follow-up information were spread across several locations, making progress tracking dependent on manual searches and coordination. The RSKKNI platform brings the submission and monitoring of proposed Indonesian National Occupational Competency Standards into one system.

Challenge

Bring a process involving multiple agencies and review stages into a clear application flow. Each party needs access to information and actions appropriate to its authority, together with a clear view of proposal status and required follow-up.

Solution

• Centralized service information. The landing page introduces the platform, explains the process, and provides access to proposal submission.
• Role-based dashboards. Each user can access information and perform actions aligned with their responsibilities.
• An integrated submission workflow. Submission, review, and follow-up stages are managed within one platform.
• Proposal progress monitoring. Status and related documents provide a shared reference for coordination between parties.

Outcome

During its first three months of operation, the platform recorded more than 4,000 registered users. Nine ministries and government agencies used the platform through the proposal approval stage.
