Every project starts with a shared understanding of its goals, scope, and intended outcomes.

    Understand the needs, users, and priorities to define the scope and proposal.

  2. Design

    Shape the flows and interface, then discuss feedback before moving forward.

  3. Development

    When implementation is in scope, build the website or application from the agreed design.

  4. Testing & launch

    Review functionality and presentation, then prepare the launch and handover defined by the project scope.

For UI/UX-only projects, the process ends with design validation and handover. Application development and launch are not automatically included.

How are consultation fees and project quotes determined?

Project pricing is provided after a consultation and is based on the required scope. Any consultation fee must be confirmed before a session is scheduled. The initial discussion clarifies the required outcomes so the proposal has a sound basis.

How long does a project take?

The estimate depends on scope, complexity, content readiness, and the approval process. We discuss the schedule after understanding the requirements; scope changes or delayed materials may require a jointly agreed adjustment.

How do revisions and requirement changes work?

Feedback stages and revision limits are defined in the project agreement. New requirements outside the scope are discussed first, including their impact on cost and schedule, before work continues.

What is included in the final handover?

The handover follows the agreed scope and may include design files, application code, access credentials, or relevant documentation. Ownership and third-party asset licenses are covered in the agreement; deliverables differ by project.

Is post-project support available?

Support, maintenance, and further development can be discussed from the outset. Their scope, duration, and cost follow a separate agreement and are not automatically included in every project.

Can we work together on UI/UX design only?

Yes. The work can focus on user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes according to your needs. For a design-only scope, the process ends with design validation and handover; development and launch are discussed separately.

What types of projects can we discuss?

We support the digital needs of businesses and organizations across industries, subject to a scope-fit discussion during consultation. We do not accept gambling or illegal business projects.
