Developed Ruvana’s public website and CMS, including its catalog, business information pages, content management, and WhatsApp consultation links.
Business needs
Ruvana needed a place to introduce its furniture collections, custom services, and project portfolio. The website also had to support consultation before ordering and give the business owner a way to keep information current.
Customer experience
- Browse collections by category, then review photos, pricing, availability, dimensions, and materials on each product page.
- Learn about furniture customization options and the custom-service process before preparing for a consultation.
- Explore project and service pages to understand the scope of Ruvana’s work.
- Continue questions through WhatsApp. Product pages prepare a message containing the product name, code, and link so the team knows which item is being discussed.
Content management
The business owner can manage product information, page content, and website settings through the CMS. This supports ongoing updates to collections, services, projects, and business information.
